St Luke's College Foundation, established in 1977 as a UK charity from the endowment of the former Church of England teacher training college in Exeter, advances further and higher education in religious education and theology aligned with Anglican doctrines and values. Eligible applicants are UK-based individuals or higher education institutions engaged in relevant postgraduate work; general charities, schools, or non-HE entities need not apply. Typical personal grants range from £1,000 to £3,000 annually, with over £50,000 disbursed yearly across awards.
