Eligible applicants are UK-registered charities, social enterprises, and community groups delivering in Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales), with a preference for small to medium-sized organizations showing strong local track records, safeguarding, governance, and evidence of community impact—no income thresholds or religious restrictions apply, but geographic benefits must stay within GB.

Grants are mainly multi-year unrestricted funding for core/strategic costs (often 5+ years), plus project or partnership awards to invited partners only—no unsolicited applications accepted. The closed process involves Trust-led identification, due diligence, and annual board presentations; no open rounds, deadlines, or public amounts disclosed, emphasizing long-term sustainability for inactivity and inequality.
