It funds UK-wide projects (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands) offering practical, emotional, and financial aid, such as mindfulness sessions, yoga, lymphedema care, mental health services, and research studies, balancing immediate relief with long-term breakthroughs. Eligible applicants are UK-registered charities or not-for-profits, including new/emerging groups, with a preference for those on limited resources; no strict income thresholds or religious restrictions apply, and unsolicited applications are welcomed.

Typical grants range from £4,000 to £6,000 for 12–18-month projects, allowing up to 15% for core costs; larger amounts are rare. Applications require a downloadable form, letter of interest, and latest accounts, submitted by post only (one per organisation annually), with the next deadline Friday 31st May 2026 and decisions in July.
