Mosawi Foundation

The Mosawi Foundation was a UK charitable trust established in 2014 by the Mosawi family to serve as a catalyst for positive change, partnering with charities and organizations to rebuild, regenerate, and empower communities nationally and internationally. Its core mission emphasized self-help, community service, and talent nurturing, guided by values of partnership, inclusivity, and service to the vulnerable, fostering social cohesion through support for churches, community outreach, educational establishments, and healthcare initiatives. Typical grants ranged £10,000–£100,000, with historic annual spending up to £2.26 million; the final application deadline was 1 January 2025.
