Innox Foundation

The Innox Foundation, established in 2020 as a private family foundation by Jacqui Edmiston, Andy Parsons, Daniel Parsons, and Tine Gregory—with Michael Fuller as Director—focuses on improving mental health among young adults aged 18-25 across the UK. Its core mission targets loneliness, isolation, and related challenges, particularly for higher education students, through early intervention, prevention, and ecosystem strengthening. The foundation values unrestricted multi-year core funding, partnership-driven relationships built on trust, minimal bureaucracy, and collaboration to foster innovation, learning-sharing, and systemic change in the voluntary sector.

It funds UK-based charities delivering high-quality, direct interventions for young adults' mental wellbeing, including peer-led anti-loneliness programs, wellbeing apps, and networks like those supported for 1625 Independent People, Mindapples, and the Jo Cox Foundation. Priorities emphasize preventative, holistic approaches that address root causes, promote best practices, and influence national or local change, operating England, Scotland, and Wales-wide.

Eligible applicants are exclusively UK-registered charities (no income thresholds, supporting small to medium sizes) operating in the UK with strong mission alignment; unsolicited applications are not accepted—invitations only via networks. Typical grants range £25,000–£100,000 as flexible, multi-year core support, decided ad hoc by trustees without public deadlines.

Innox does not fund individuals, non-UK work, statutory services, religious activities, retrospective costs, project-specific, capital, or emergency grants.
