The foundation prioritizes poverty relief, global emergencies, sustainable living, medical needs, education, social justice, community development, and health initiatives. It supports direct services, facilities, advocacy, research, core costs, capital projects, and emergency relief for children and youth, elderly people, those with disabilities, minority ethnic groups, and the general public, favoring impact-oriented projects that empower vulnerable communities through inclusion and systemic change.

Eligible applicants are primarily UK-registered charities, with a preference for small to medium-sized organizations demonstrating strong governance, accountability, and impact; no strict income thresholds apply, and geographic focus spans UK-wide (especially England and Wales) plus select overseas emergencies, without religious restrictions. It does not accept unsolicited applications openly, relying instead on trustee networks and case-by-case reviews.

Grants typically range from £5,000 to £20,000 (up to £30,000+ for major needs), awarded via email proposals to trustees on a rolling basis, reviewed at the annual meeting or interim sessions—decisions may take months. Exclusions include direct charitable activity by the foundation itself, poor-governance entities under investigation, and non-UK registered bodies without exceptional justification, underscoring its commitment to efficient, ethical support for high-performing causes.
