Distinctive priorities favor Antrim-rooted grassroots organizations serving legacy industrial communities, ex-employees with health needs, and charities aligned to statutory charitable purposes via modest, widespread awards promoting practical impact, organizational sustainability, and enduring local resilience over national or top-down efforts.
