Doxa Deo Community Church

Doxa Deo Community Church is a UK-registered charity in Southwest London, rooted in the global Doxa Deo movement founded by Alan Platt in South Africa in 1996. Its mission, inspired by Habakkuk 2:14 and Matthew 6:10, seeks to transform cities through active Christian faith, delivering Faith to the spiritually lost, Love to those in social pain, and Hope to restore systemic brokenness. As 'City Changers,' it equips individuals and communities with Christ-centred values of transformation, active compassion, inclusiveness, and holistic development, blending evangelism with practical social action via church-led and partnered initiatives.

The church funds thematic priorities like advancing Christian faith, poverty relief, and social restoration, targeting food insecurity, loneliness, youth engagement, social isolation, and family support. Beneficiaries include children, families, the socially disadvantaged, newcomers, and vulnerable groups in Kingston upon Thames and Merton.
