CSDS Foundation

The CSDS Foundation is a grant-making charity established in 2016 by North London residents, including its current trustees, to support amateur sports, education, and relief of sickness through capital projects that enhance community welfare. Deeply rooted in local values of engagement, inclusivity, and tangible public-good improvements, the trustees—hands-on locals with personal stakes in sports, state education, and health—prioritise infrastructure investments fostering long-term quality of life, such as facilities upgrades and equipment for sports clubs, school initiatives, and health access programmes benefiting children, youth, and disadvantaged groups.

It funds capital projects advancing amateur sports provision, educational opportunities, and healthcare relief exclusively for North London-based organisations, emphasising lasting assets like upgraded venues or resources that promote participation and attainment among local populations facing physical or socio-economic challenges.

Eligible applicants are UK-registered charities and community groups operating in North London, with a preference for grassroots and small-to-medium voluntary organisations delivering community-rooted impact; no strict income thresholds apply, but projects must align with its charitable objects. Grants typically start at £5,000 for substantial capital investments, with no fixed maximum.
