Beneficiaries are primarily children and young people in hardship across the UK, with support for project delivery, some capital or capacity-building, and occasional core costs via multi-year partnerships.

Eligible entities are UK-registered charities, typically medium-to-large organizations with proven track records in youth development or poverty relief; no income thresholds are strict, but preference favors established groups demonstrating impact. Geographically unrestricted (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland), it focuses on high-need areas like Berkshire, Liverpool, and Sheffield. Funding is invitation-only on a rolling basis—no unsolicited applications, deadlines, or open forms—with grants ranging £10,000–£100,000 (often £20,000–£70,000), approved via trustee meetings and proactive partner selection. It excludes emergency relief, unrestricted funding, small grassroots groups, and non-aligned activities, standing out for its business-rooted, employee-engaged, youth-voiced approach to sustainable, skill-focused transformation.
