Bedales Grants Trust Fund

The Bedales Grants Trust Fund (BGTF), a registered independent charity established in 1927, is dedicated exclusively to providing means-tested bursarial support to enable access to Bedales School in Steep, Hampshire, for UK-resident families facing financial barriers. Rooted in the school's progressive educational ethos of inclusion, fairness, and individual growth, BGTF prioritizes children and young people with academic potential, creative talents in music, art, sport, or drama, or readiness to contribute to school life, particularly those with Old Bedalian (alumni) family connections, though awards extend more broadly to promote diversity and social mobility.

It funds tuition fees and related costs for Bedales Prep, Senior, and Dunhurst schools, offering partial to full 100% bursaries reviewed annually, with entry focus at ages 11+, 13+, and Sixth Form.
